The Property Manager
SB Property Services Pte. Ltd. has been appointed as property manager of Soilbuild REIT's properties. The Property Manager is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Sponsor, Soilbuild Group Holdings Ltd, and was incorporated in Singapore under the Companies Act on 8 March 2005.
The Property Manager is responsible for providing property management, project management, marketing of vacant units and administration services for the properties in Soilbuild REIT's portfolio.
